Compact design, on wheels, with many options, suitable for wine, oils, beer, spirits, liqueurs, vinegar, water, juices, soft drinks. Speeds approx. 300 - 600 bottles per hour. Operations controlled and programmable via PLC.

Bottles are transported via ‘cups’ on a conveyer through the various phases: gas purge, filling, capping, capsuling, labelling, checking. In-feed or out-feed to slat conveyer or table is possible via pick-and-place.

Filling options: gravity, low or high vacuum, counter-pressure to 3 bar, with pre-evacuation.
Capping options: crown, screw cap , natural cork with gas or vacuum, roll-on or heat-shrink capsule.

Labelling options: front and back, self-adhesive

Auto stop/start. Integrated CIP system for easy cleaning. Quick and inexpensive change to different bottle size, round or square.
